BIO
Oscar Cao – Founder & Director
Oscar has enjoyed over a decade in finance, working with some of the largest banks, non-bank lenders, & privates, such as NAB & La Trobe Financial. His previous roles have given him a strong understanding of credit underwriting & relationship management.
Throughout his professional journey, Oscar has recognised the importance of upskilling across different segments as this would eventually lead to a more well-rounded approach when providing solutions to clients.
Numbers aside, Oscar understands the importance of building strong relationships & community; you know the quote.. “you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with.”
Outside of work, Oscar lives with his lovely wife Liz and dog-ter Riley. Winter, you’ll find them at the snowfields. Summer, at dog parks & beaches. He also enjoys fishing & Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
